Training Specialist
SIS, Inc. is expanding its training team to deliver formal training course presentations, including classroom delivery, train-the-trainer sessions, remote Web cast sessions, e-learning tools, workshops, group training, and hands-on training. The successful candidate will be able to deliver training in all formats, as we develop technical documents, which may include user documentation, online help systems, web-based training (WBT) modules, application simulations, training guides, lesson plans, job aids, course descriptions, communication plans, PowerPoint presentations, technical support guides, or other materials as needed to meet the instructional delivery requirements of a project. Extensive travel, 60% of the time, is a necessity. The majority of travel is accomplished by car in Missouri and its contiguous states. If you enjoy training, developing documentation, working one on one with our end users and traveling, then you are the person for whom we are looking!

Solution Sales Specialist
SIS, Inc. is expanding its sales team in order to meet the escalating demand for our products throughout the Midwest. The successful candidate will possess a solid track record in software sales and be able to quickly learn the SIS suite of administrative and financial applications. Extensive travel, from 50-75% of the time, is a necessity. The majority of travel is accomplished by car in Missouri and its contiguous states. If you enjoy working the sales cycle across multiple prospects and have an abiding interest in the education industry, you may be just the right candidate for this key position in our organization.

Customer Support Specialists
Customer Support Specialists serve as the primary customer contact for problem definition and resolution for SIS software applications, providing analytical support and guidance for the duration of the customer’s relationship with SIS. If you enjoy working with people and computers and troubleshooting technical issues, consider joining the SIS team in one of these essential front-line positions.

Applicants should be:

  • Able to maintain a professional and positive attitude and demeanor when working for a variety of clients

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task

  • Proficient in MS Office tools

  • Able to communicate highly technical information by phone and email to persons with non-technical backgrounds

  • Skilled in analytical processes, including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

SISK12 Software Support Specialists
SISK12 Support Specialists support and guide school personnel in the use of the complete line of SIS web-based solutions software products comprehensive district solution for: Administration, Teachers, Food Service, Special Services, Parent/Student Communication and technical support.

SISFin Software Support Specialist
SISFin Support Specialists support and guide school personnel in the use of SISFin and its related software products. In addition to the requirements listed above, knowledge of general accounting principles is required and knowledge of school accounting principles is preferred.

SIS Student Data Management Support Specialist
SIS SDM Support Specialists support and guide school personnel in the use of the complete line of SIS Student Data Management software products.
